Bernard Hatch

Bernard Hatch

Somewhere in the foothills of the Adirondacks, close to Rome and Utica are Starr and Potato Hill.  The place is full of interesting history.  In the 1970's it was also the location of a gruesome murder. One victim was enough to put Bernard Hatch in prison, but there might have been more.
