Knox Mansion

Charles Knox may have found a way to make gelatin easier to use, but it was his wife, Rose that made Knox gelatin a household name.  The couple were progressive in many ways they ran their business.  Which made them a couple that was well respected around town.  That is probably why they are still in their house.
